  Marc, Thank you so much for your willingness to help and accommodate me today. The guys were terrific. I am writing to you from the master bedroom and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. The sunset is magnificent and the river is so serene.

The concierge are always asking me how things are going. I always tell them that you're moving right along and are making great progress. They tell me the other resident's are very unhappy with their contractors. Their projects are moving very slow and there are too many issues. I have a feeling you will get more business here. They know I'm very happy with you. They also said they do not get any building complaints about you; the others apparently do.

Marc - thank you also for always being available when we need you.

Hi, Marc, As of this afternoon, everything is done and wrapped up.  You know how positively I feel about Pawel, and this time was no exception!

His work is impeccable, he is so respectful of my home, watches with an eagle eye when other workmen are in here, and was so helpful to me through everything. I would highly recommend Marc Kaplan/Elite Builders. Any change orders that arose were either because I asked for the additional work or during the course of renovation, reasonable and understandable issues arose. If I had any matters of importance or concern, Marc was always available to discuss them and he quickly resolved the matter. His invoices are clear and accurate. There were many moving parts to my renovation, and I always felt comfortable working with Marc and appreciated any accommodations he made to work around my schedule. I think you will be very pleased if you hire him.
